EOT cranesm as they are popularly known as, are electric overhead traveling cranes. An overhead crane is commonly referred to as a bridge crane. These cranes are commonly found in industrial setups. These consist of parallel runways with a traveling bridge spanning the gap. The lifting component of the crane travels along the bridge.

At Bhagirath Heavy TransmissionIndia, we manufacture EOT overhead cranes which are fabricated using optimum quality raw materials. Also, components such as M.S. angles, M.S Sheets, I beam, brakes and motors are also manufactured with good quality materials. Our machines are designed to carry a load ranging up to a limit of 100 tons. These find extensive usage in foundry, engineering and also machinery shops. EOT cranes are of two types :

  • Single girder E.O.T cranes
  • Double Girder E.O.T cranes.

Motors will be Crane duty motors, squirral cage induction motors for hoists and cranes also slipering induction motors will be provided for heavy duty cranes as per the applications.

Single / Dual-disc Electro Magnetic DC Brakes featuring automatic braking on power failure.
To prevent over hoisting & over lowering of hook.
Extra light, handling, easy to operate, aluminum, fabricated from extruded section.
Electric / Electronic soft start modules electrically coupled to the long travel drives to achieve jerk free, cushioned & smooth starts.

     Double Girder E.O.T. Crane
 

We are a well established manufacturer and exporter of EOT cranes with double girders, that find application for the purpose of lifting & transporting the loads over 10 T and for span of more than 30 m. Comprising of 2 torsion-free box girders, these EOT cranes such as double girder eot cranes, traveling eot cranes, material handling eot cranes etc., are compatible, when heavy loads and wide spans are required. These double girders EOT cranes are offered by us in the load capacities of up to 100 T and with spans up to 50 M.
